In attendance will be leaders from all sectors of the arts, as well as government, business and private foundation leaders and other supporters of the arts. The largest segment of the convention audience is executive managers, senior administrative staff, and elected/appointed volunteer leaders of state and local arts. These individuals have decision-making power over the expenditures of state and local arts agencies.
