The United States Urban Arts Federation (USUAF) is an alliance of the Chief Executive Officers of the local arts agencies of the nation's fifty largest cities. The USUAF meets two times each year.

In conjunction with pARTicipate2004, the second joint convention of Americans for the Arts and the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, this meeting will be held in Washington, DC at the Omni Shoreham Hotel.

This meeting is only open to the United States Urban Arts Federation.
