Thank you for your interest in attending the Americans for the Arts 2006 Convention and Preconferences. At this time we are no longer accepting online registrations. You will be able to register in Milwaukee at the Americans for the Arts On-Site Registration Desk. For your convenience, our printable PDF version of the registration form is still available for downloading. You may complete this form in advance and bring it with you to help streamline your check-in process. We look forward to seeing you in Milwaukee!
Fees and Payment Policies: Full refunds, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be made on cancellations received by May 1, 2006. Refunds of 50 percent will be made on cancellations received by May 15. No refunds will be made after May 15, 2006. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Americans for the Arts.

*A team is a group of five or more staff and/or board members from a single organization. All registrations must be received at the same time by mail or fax to qualify. Preconferences are not included in the team rate.
