Neal has been active in the areas of strategic marketing and development for the consumer electronics and entertainment industries for over 20 years. Presently, he is responsible for over $100 million in Sharp Electronics Marketing Communications and Strategic Brand investments for North America. He has co-created the concept for the first B-2-B web portal for the live entertainment and Broadway theatrical industry, and co-created one of the first online subscription-based Broadway discount ticket buyers guide at www.entertainment-link.com. Additionally, he has prepared marketing and strategic directives in the entertainment field for companies such as Madison Square Garden, World Wrestling Entertainment, Liquid Fire Advertising, and Showtime Satellite Networks.

Previously, Neal served as marketing director for Theatrical and Family Entertainment Productions at (Cablevision's) Madison Square Garden and Radio City Entertainment (RCE) for five years. He was responsible for selling over 2 million tickets and generating over $100 million in ticket, concession, and sponsorship revenue for RCE. He has developed and executed the marketing and promotional strategies, (driving over 30 percent of overall sales via promotional affiliate and sponsorship programs) for theatrical properties, including the Broadway turn-around of The Scarlet Pimpernel and building the annual franchises of “The Radio City Christmas Spectacular,” "A Christmas Carol," and "The Wizard Of Oz." Prior to Radio City, Neal served as client supervisor at Ogilvy & Mather Interactive, building the first web sites and online marketing campaigns for American Express and IBM, and at Viacom, where he planned the marketing rollout for Showtime Networks entry into the Digital Broadcast Satellite (DBS) industry. Neal also served as account supervisor for Showtime Satellite Networks at RSH&S advertising, managing their consumer and trade communications efforts for a more than 150 channel satellite package of cable networks.

Additionally, he has built his foundation in brand marketing and strategy at major advertising agencies Ogilvy & Mather, Saatchi & Saatchi, and RSH&S advertising were he managed brands such as Silo Electronics, Smith Corona, Chase Bank, and Bain De Soleil.
