Tim Baker is a director of Baker Richards Consulting, a leading marketing and pricing consultancy to cultural organizations in the United States and Europe. Based in the United Kingdom, Tim has undertaken more than 200 consultancy projects focusing on maximizing earned income. He was marketing director for the Scottish Chamber Orchestra for seven years, prior to which he served as head of marketing for the London Symphony Orchestra.
