Gary DeVault is the Fine Arts Consultant for the Tri-County Educational Service Center. He has extensive experience in arts assessment, after-school arts programs, school and community arts education partnerships, and nonprofit arts leadership development. He has served as an arts education consultant at the local, state, and national level, and has secured funding for and directed state and federally funded arts education projects.
