Patricia Tuecke works with agencies, nonprofits, educational groups, and art groups to maximize group productivity needed to make major changes. Her work results in a shared understanding of key issues and a shared responsibility for successful change. She facilitates strategic and short-term action planning, shared vision and mission workshops, team building, and board development activities that produce visible results quickly. Tuecke helped develop the ICA Technology of Participation.
