Felix Padrón

Felix Padrón is the Director of the San Antonio Office of Cultural Affairs where is responsible for overseeing the granting process for cultural agencies. Padrón initiated the city’s first city-wide cultural plan, “The Cultural Collaborative.” Padrón is also an artist and curator, and has continued to gain success after attending the School of Visual Arts and the Public Arts Studies Masters Program at USC. His artworks have been exhibited in San Antonio, New York, and Los Angeles.
