Randy Engstrom is the Founding Director of the Youngstown Cultural Center, a vibrant cultural community center combined with low-income artist live/work units. Engstrom is also Chair of the Seattle Arts Commission’s Economic Vitality Subcommittee. In that capacity, he has been the leader of the Emerging Arts Leaders’ Creative Conversations series. He is also the founder of the Stronghold artist collective and Static Factory, a multi-media arts services organization and event production company.
