Jeremy Nowak is President of The Reinvestment Fund (TRF), a development financial institution managing $400 million in assets, which creates opportunity and builds wealth for low wealth communities. He co-chairs the Philadelphia Mayor’s Commission for Children and is on the Pennsylvania Governor’s Commission on Working Families. The author of many reports and articles, he received his bachelor's degree from Penn State University and his doctorate in cultural anthropology from the New School for Social Research.
