Penelope Reed is an acclaimed producer, director, actress, playwright, and educator.  Reed has served on the Wisconsin and New Jersey State Councils on the Arts, developing pilot programs in theater education and civic enrichment. She has served as CEO and Producing Artistic Director of Hedgerow Theatre since 1991. A member of Leadership Philadelphia’s Think Tank Connector Team, she is writing a world premiere about connector leadership.
