Amy Kweskin Duncan is an international, nonprofit business development consultant and leadership coach. In 2006 she was a Fellow with Americans for the Arts, researching mid-career leadership development. Her study indicated that the sector's emerging and mid-career managers and trustees were searching for a life/work balance. In order to attract, develop, and retain the sector's leadership, she turned to coaching as a solution-oriented human resource, business development, and strategic planning tool for nonprofits both in the U.S. and U.K. Duncan studied with The Coaching Academy in London where she earned an INLPTA Diploma in neurolinquistic programming and a certificate in personal performance coaching.
