Eloise Damrosch

Regional Arts & Culture Council

Eloise Damrosch oversees the management of the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC). She is responsible for executing the policies and directives of the board and the work of a 13-member staff. Also, Damrosch oversees the RACC Public Art Program. She is responsible for the management of the City of Portland and Multnomah County's Percent for Art Program as well as public art contracts with public and private agencies.
