Sibyl Barnum

Puget Sound Educational Service

Sibyl Barnum is the director of the Puget Sound Educational Service District Arts Impact program, a nationally recognized teacher training program in the arts that has received four U.S. Department of Education arts education grants. She was previously an education director for Eugene Ballet and Eugene Opera, and a teaching artist in K-12 schools in Oregon. She holds a Master's of Music in piano pedagogy from the University of Oregon.
