Bill Flood’s consulting practice revolves around practice of community cultural development—the intersection of community development and local cultural development. He teaches Community Cultural Development with the University of Oregon’s Arts Administration Program, and in 2008 received a Fulbright Senior Specialist grant to research and teach in Berlin/Potsdam, Germany.
