Shelly Goebl-Parker is a graduate of the Community Arts Training Institute. She is associate professor of art therapy counseling in the Department of Art and Design at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, active in her St. Louis neighborhood, public schools and community network helping to develop and support community arts collaborations.
