Pavel Shugurov is a public arts administrator and artist who lives and works in St. Petersburg, Russia. His public projects focuses on the symbiotic relationships between art, science, and business in both public and private spaces. Pavel is also a member of a collaborative team of artists called 33 +1. This collaborative has been instrumental in introducing communities to public art throughout St. Petersburg, other Russian cities,and Central Asia. Pavel is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in evaluating the value of public art.
