• Minimum contribution of $50 to the Arts Action Fund PAC is required.

• Stop by the Americans for the Arts Action Fund Resource Table during the day to sign-up or renew your membership in advance and avoid long lines at the event.

• Drinks and hors d’oeuvres provided.

• Special remarks by Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Drummer for Guns N Roses and Velvet Revolver Matt Sorum and Arts Action Fund President and CEO Robert Lynch.

The 26th Annual Nancy Hanks Lecture on Arts and Public Policy featuring Yo-Yo Ma
Location: The John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, Concert Hall

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Program begins at 6:30 p.m.
The Nancy Hanks Lecture is free, however a ticket is required.

• Presented by Americans for the Arts. Lecture and performance by acclaimed artist Yo-Yo Ma.

• Accompanying Performances by Lil Buck, MusiCorps led by Arthur Bloom, and Cristina Pato.

• Tickets requested in advance will be in your Arts Advocacy Day registration packet.

• Transportation will depart from the 24th street exit of the Marriott Wardman Park to the Kennedy Center from 5:05 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

• Transportation will depart from the Kennedy Center back to the Marriott Wadman Park from 7:40 p.m.–8:30 p.m.

• The Will-Call Desk will be located in the Concert Hall foyer.
