Ann Marie Miller
Ann Marie Miller is Executive Director of the ArtPride NJ Foundation. Prior to joining ArtPride in 1995, Ms. Miller served as Director of Development at McCarter Theatre, a Tony-award winning regional theater and performing arts center. As Director of Development Ms. Miller established McCarter’s audio description program that makes theater accessible and enjoyable for blind and visually impaired persons. Ms. Miller, who has over 30 years of experience as an arts manager, spent eight years at the New Jersey State Council on the Arts as grants coordinator, and interned at the National Endowment for the Arts in the State Programs Office in 1983. Ms. Miller is a member of the State Arts Action Network of Americans for the Arts, the national arts advocacy organization. She is a trustee of the Center for Non-Profit Corporations in New Jersey and served on the board of the NJ Travel Industry Association as part of the Governor’s Conference on Tourism Planning Committee from 1998-2000. Ms. Miller received the Special Achievement Award from the South Jersey Cultural Alliance in 2004, the Keystone Award from the Hunterdon Museum of Art in 2005, and the John Cotton Dana Award from the NJ Association of Museums in 2009, for contributions to the field. She is a graduate of Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia with a B.S. in Art Education.
