This page should help you access your member benefits and answers a few common questions.

As a member of Americans for the Arts, you have access to additional online tools and resources that can be found on the secure section of this website.

  • Logging In as a Member

From any of the Americans for the Arts web pages you can click 'Login' in the upper left corner of the screen. Enter the email address you used to create an online account.

  • I just submitted a payment for membership and I am unable to access my member benefits...
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for complete membership processing, which includes accepting and verifying payment and activation of member benefits. For immediate assistance, you may call the Membership Department at 202.371.2830 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.
  • What’s my login and password?

If you don’t already know your login or password, or you’ve forgotten what they are, please go to the login page. Select the option 'create an account' and enter your email address to see if you already have an account with this information. You may then proceed to reset your password. If you need assistance, e-mail membership@artsusa.org.

  • How do I edit my contact information?

Once you are logged in, you may change your contact information by clicking 'Edit' at the top right corner of your profile. If you need assistance updating your contact information, please e-mail help@artsusa.org.

  • Access Resources, Tools, and Sign-Up for Listservs

After you’ve logged in, click 'Resources for Members' on the left sidebar. This gives you access to your online benefits. If you’d like to sign up for the listservs, click 'Benefits Guide' on the left sidebar, then slect the option to subscribe.

If you have filled out a form on the Listserv Sign up page you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the listserv once you have been added. That e-mail also includes listserv instructions, so we recommend saving that email for your reference. If you have signed up for the digest version you will receive two e-mails, one adding you to the listserv and the other updating your setting to the digest format of the chosen listserv.

  • Websticker

On the secure website, under 'Resources for Members' you will find a websticker that you can post on your website. Let everyone know that you are proud member of Americans for the Arts!
