Joanne Riley

Joanne Riley is the president of the Cultural Alliance of York County, a united arts fund. She has been the director since its inception in 1999, raising more than $11.5 million for the Alliance’s nine members during annual campaigns, as well as $3 million  in operational funds. Joanne has managed nonprofits for 20 years. She has taught at Towson University, in the Masters of Professional Writing Program, and at York College of PA. She was educated at Syracuse University, Arizona State University, and Harvard.
