Once the survey is designed to your liking, the research team will discuss how to best implement your survey. These are the three primary implementation types:

  1. Select Respondents List
    This options allows you to enter a list of your desired survey participants and some of their information (e-mail address is required). When this option is selected, our research team can track individual respondents and send customized reminders to respondents who have not completed the survey.* The survey can also be pre-populated with information such as respondent name, title, and address. Respondents can also save their responses and finish completing the survey at a later date.
  2. Create Password
    This option allows you to create a unique password that will be used to access the survey. The benefit of choosing this survey is that you will not have to provide a specific list of recipients, but you can select groups you want to participate (such as listservs or members of a website).
  3. Open Survey
    This option allows anyone to complete the survey, which respondents will be able to reach through a unique URL. When this option is selected, any number of people can complete the survey.
