Diane Matarza continues her community development work as a consultant with cultural organizations across the country. She is the former Executive Director of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences Foundation and oversaw $4 million in grants from the national Endowment for the Arts as the director of the local arts agencies program. She also served as the Executive Director of the Alliance of New York State Councils.
